Heckle & Jeckle was the theatrical cartoon series created by Paul Terry, and freed by his have studio, Terrytoons. the characters were a pair of monovular magpies who calmly outwitted their foes in the manner of Bugs Bunny, while maintaining the mischievous streak remeniscent of Woody Woodpecker. Of these spoke using the British accent patch the more spoke by having a Brooklyn dialect, but it was never revealed which character was which. It were voiced by Dayton Allen.
